We were on our way home to ireland found it very handy to be able to leave the car and walk into chester center where we picked up a few nice things in the shops taxie back what more wonld yuo want

Staff member was very helpful when we arrived for breakfast as they were clearing away, she fetched things from the kitchen and made us toast despite being after the allocated time.
The room was in need of repair and repainting. The bathroom was dated and needed repair particularly around the bath and the bath panel. The room was on the ground floor and we found that the windows either had to be open or closed as access could have been gained from outside if left open.

Ideally situated for the city centre. Easy to get to and good parking.Friendly staff and decent rooms.

Enjoyed our one night stay at the hotel with our two dogs. Receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. Warm, comfortable and clean room with en suite in the annex which suited us well. Ample tea and coffee were provided which were very much appreciated. Ideal place to stay with dogs.

Group booking. I was put in the annex of the hotel - shabby, poor shower, draughty window, bad smell in room, clothing rail collapsed, one light shade missing. Other rooms (3) higher quality. Have complained to management via receptionist but heard nothing. Will follow up.
